Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada; however, we do not ship to PO boxes.

 

When do you ship?

Orders are taken from Saturday to Friday. On the weekend following your order, we prepare your goodies and ensure that they are shipped the same day that they are made. We want to make sure that you receive your treats as fresh as possible!

 

What are your shipping options?

We use Canada Post with Xpresspost, or expedited shipping.

 Canada:

- Xpresspost: 1-2 business days for Western Canada (including BC, Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan) and 3-4 business days for other provinces and territories.

- Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days for Western Canada (including BC, Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan) and  3-7 business days for other provinces and territories.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

 

At the moment, we don't offer free shipping. However, we work with competitive shipping rates $5 - $16. Depending on your area. You can easily and quickly get quotes at check out.

 

Do you offer pick up options?

Yes! We offer our customers of all confirmed purchases the ability to pick up their order every Monday between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm.

 

Pick up instructions will be emailed upon successful purchase.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, we will e-mail you the respective tracking number and link so that you can track your package.

 

My box was lost! What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@panelalemon.com, and we will find a solution for you.
