Do you use any preservatives in your cookies?

Our cookies are preservative-free! Both the cookie dough and the mix-ins are made from natural & organic ingredients. What is the order process?

Orders are taken from Monday to Friday. We ship your orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. We want to make sure that you receive your treats as fresh as possible!


How long will my cookies stay fresh after receiving them?

PanelaLemon cookies and treats have a shelf life of 15 days, stored at room temperature. However, if you store them in the fridge, they will last more than 15 days, and over 2-3 months in the freezer. Our cookies freeze very well - once thawed, you can eat them at room temperature or reheat them.


Do you make a gluten-free cookies?

Yes, our cookies are gluten free, made with gluten-free ingredients and gluten-free oat flour. We process the dough from our enclosed and dedicated production space, but we share the dishwasher and ovens with a non gluten free company.


What is the best way to prepare my ‘Stuffed’ cookies?

Our cookies are delicious eaten at room temperature, however, if you are looking for that ‘freshly made’ experience, we highly recommend heating the cookies in the oven for 3-4 mins at 175C (350F) degrees. In a rush? 10-15 seconds in the microwave will do the trick. Decided to freeze your cookies? For best results, we always recommend letting the cookies thaw before reheating.


Do your products contain peanuts/tree nuts?

Yes, most of our cookies and treats are made with nuts and/or seeds.


I saw a specific flavour on your website and now I can’t find it. How do I order this flavour?

Occasionally, we offer exclusive flavors for 3-4 weeks at a time. We may be able to bring exclusive flavors back, however, it will be considered a special order which may change the pricing. Reach out to us at for more information on exclusive flavours.

No, our products are not Kosher certified.

Can I bake your cookie dough?

Our cookie dough is intended to be eaten raw from the pint. However, it can be enjoyed baked as well. If you like crunchy cookies and looking to bake, start by preheating the oven to 350F. Once the oven is preheated, scoop some balls of cookie dough, flatten, and bake them for 7-9 minutes.


How can your cookie dough be safe to eat raw?

Cookie dough typically contains raw eggs and uncooked flour, which can carry the risk of foodborne illness if consumed raw. Our cookie dough is completely safe to eat straight from the pint! We use heat-treated oat flour; no eggs are in our cookie dough. Spoon and enjoy it!


How can I enjoy your edible cookie dough?

There are endless possibilities, but to give you some ideas:

  • Eat it straight out of the pint!
  • Our edible cookie dough makes a delicious topping for ice cream, brownies, cakes, waffles, and pancakes. Scoop some dough onto your dessert and enjoy!
  • Roll the cookie dough into small balls and freeze them for a quick and easy snack. You can also dip the balls in melted chocolate for a fun twist.
  • Blend some cookie dough with ice cream and nut milk to create a delicious and creamy milkshake, or add two scoops of cookie dough to your favorite smoothie!
  • Serve our cookie dough as a dip with pretzels, crackers, or fruit for a fun and tasty party snack.


Is your cookie dough keto?

Our cookie dough is not keto, but it is macro-friendly!

Per cookie/serving, it contains:

  • 8 grams of net carbs
  • 4 grams of clean protein
  • only 5g of natural sugars
  • Eleven grams of healthy fats.


Are your products vegan?

Yes, our cookie dough is 100% vegan.


Are your products kosher?

No, we are not kosher certified.


What type of protein do you use?

We use organic and fermented pea protein. Don’t worry; no protein taste in our cookie dough.


How do I store it?

Our cookie dough must be refrigerated and best enjoyed within seven to ten days of opening.

Unopened, it can last in the fridge for up to six months. If you don’t plan on eating it right away, it can be stored in the freezer for up to a year.


Are your products nut-free peanut free?

No, our products contain almonds and peanuts. It may contain traces of all nuts.


How many portions per pint?

Ten small cookies per pint


Are your products gluten-free?

Our cookie doughs are gluten free, made with gluten-free ingredients and gluten-free oat flour. We process the dough from our enclosed and dedicated production space, but we share the dishwasher and ovens with a non gluten free company.


Do you use any artificial sweeteners or preservatives?

Definitely no! Our products are made with clean and nourishing ingredients. We only use natural sugars such as organic coconut sugar, organic panela, and organic agave: whole grain GF oat flour, single ingredients nut, and seed butter. We also use natural vanilla and chocolate extracts, organic coconut oil, Non-GMO Xanthan gum, and sunflower oil.


Will you create more flavors?

Yes, absolutely! We will be introducing a new flavor in the coming months.
